It was designed for an easy way of transporting canal boats upward. It is in Scotland and it is called The Falkirk Wheel!

Its called the Mutalk. It allows you to have a hands-free conversation with somebody over the phone and because of the sound proof padding inside, nobody else can here you!

It can also be paired with a vr headset to allow you to speak to your friends virtually and still nobody will be able to hear you.
This is how it works. The soundproof padding is the section in the middle.
